Emergency service available
Water, gas and hot water
Service lines, hidden leaks, water heaters, gas piping and sump pumps, handled by licensed plumbers and gas fitters who test the work before they leave.
What comes into the house
These are the systems you only notice when they stop working: no hot water, low pressure, a water bill that suddenly doubles, a gas smell near the range, or a basement taking on water in a storm. Each one needs someone who knows the system and can find the real cause quickly.
Our license covers both plumbing and gas fitting, so one team can handle the water line, the water heater and the gas piping that feeds it, and pressure test it all.

How we approach it
Water and gas lines are not places for guesswork. A small mistake on a gas fitting or a supply joint can cause real damage. We diagnose carefully, explain your options in plain language and give you the price first. Every gas line is pressure tested, every water connection is checked for leaks, and the work is ready for inspection.
Questions
Call (443) 630-9804 with anything we did not cover here.
Leave the house first, without switching lights or appliances on or off. From outside, call your gas utility’s emergency line or 911. Once the utility has made it safe, call us at (443) 630-9804 and we will find and repair the leak and pressure test the line.
Sudden low pressure throughout the house can come from a leak in the service line, a failing pressure regulator or a partly closed valve. Gradual loss over years often points to old galvanized pipe. We test the pressure and trace the cause before recommending a fix.
Common signs are a water bill that jumps without explanation, a meter that moves when nothing is running, damp spots, stains or a musty smell. We use leak detection to find the source before we open anything, then repair it.
If the tank is leaking, replacement is the answer. If the problem is a burner, element, thermostat or valve on a unit that is otherwise in good shape, a repair may be enough. We tell you which makes sense and price both.
